Jeffrey L. Garon (Jeff),
Managing Principal
During Jeff’s 40+ years+, he has been a key member of executive teams responsible for managing various business models and their respective assets, he has been a consultant to and member of boards of directors and advised management teams. Jeff’s work at Wolf & Company, Coin Cloud, CVA Partners, and with many Clear Vision Advisors clients across over 70 companies and clients have enabled him to become a supportive, respectful, and collegial partner on C-suite teams.
Jeff has held numerous titles, including Founder, Managing General Partner, CEO, CFO, CFO/COO, CFO & Co-President, and Chief Strategy Officer. While collaborating with cross-functional executives, teams Jeff works with have produced significant top-line growth, strategically grown their organization, and raised operating capacity through debt and equity, Public and Private.
At Silicon Storage Technology, Inc. (NASD:SSTI), Etelos (NASD:ETLO), KBRO, Tripath (NASD:TRPH), Coin Cloud and others, Jeff was intimately involved in the capital markets process having participated and led teams for IPO, PIPES, Reverse Mergers, M&A, VC, Institutional and Private Debt along with other structures.
Jeff’s passion is mentoring management and other team members. Through leadership and collaboration, he has coached and led system implementations, utilized metrics, and derived detailed reporting. All of which has helped drive execution, reduce burn where appropriate, improving cash flow, bottom-line profits, cost performance, and equity results to stakeholders.
Jeff’s strong operational skills help teams effectively manage various corporate functions across all departments. While overseeing global regulations and compliance, Jeff has managed international teams that installed manufacturing systems in Israel, Mexico, China, Taiwan, and the US.
Philosophically, Jeff believes it is critical that the underlying fundamentals are solid and well thought-out, that the infrastructure of the organization is built to withstand scrutiny, is transparent in all relevant ways, and reflects the organization’s core values.
Jeff is often heard saying that if you make good cash decisions, the income statement and balance sheet will always follow.
